Drinks Network Pty Ltd (ABN 89 680 725 802) · Version 1 · Effective 8 October 2026
These terms explain how money moves in RepShare: Vendors pay Drinks Network in advance, and Drinks Network pays Representatives for approved work. All amounts exclude GST unless stated.
Part A — Vendors
1. You pay in advance
1.1 Services are funded by a subscription, paid at the start of each billing period (weekly, four-weekly or monthly).
1.2 Payments go into your Prepaid Balance in RepShare.
2. Plans and rates
2.1 Rates are set in RepShare, not in these terms. The rate for each Job is shown in RepShare when it is booked, and that is the rate charged for that Job.
2.2 Rates vary with factors such as your plan, weekly hours, the type of work (field, desk, management or events), top-ups above your plan, and the Brief. Larger plans have lower rates.
2.3 A rate change applies only to Jobs booked after the change, and you will see the new rate in RepShare before it applies.
2.4 Projects outside a plan must meet the minimum value shown in RepShare, and are quoted and paid upfront.
3. How charges work
3.1 Approved work is drawn from your Prepaid Balance: hours at your plan rate (charged in 15-minute blocks), approved expenses at cost, and any fees shown before you accepted them.
3.2 You can see every charge in RepShare at any time.
3.3 Unused funds roll over while your subscription is active.
4. Top-ups
4.1 You can top up your balance at any time, or set an automatic top-up when your balance falls below an amount you choose.
5. Changing your plan
5.1 You can increase, decrease or change your plan in RepShare.
5.2 Increases start next billing period.
5.3 Decreases start from the billing period that begins at least 14 days after your request.
5.4 New rates apply only to future work. Work already done is never re-priced.
5.5 To cancel, give 30 days’ notice.
6. Payment methods
6.1 Direct debit (through GoCardless) is preferred.
6.2 Card payments (through Stripe) are also accepted, and any card surcharge is shown before you pay.
6.3 We never store your full card or bank details.
7. Low balance and failed payments
7.1 We alert you when your balance falls below 20% of one billing period.
7.2 At zero, new Jobs pause until you top up. Jobs in progress are finished.
7.3 If a payment fails, we retry within 5 business days.
7.4 If it fails again, we give 14 days’ written notice before suspending services.
8. Questions about a charge
8.1 Raise any query in RepShare within 30 days of your statement. If a charge is wrong, we reverse it.
9. When you leave
9.1 Within 30 days, we send a final statement.
9.2 Any unused balance is refunded within 14 days after that, less work done and costs already committed.
Part B — Representatives
10. How you are paid
10.1 You are paid a percentage of the rate shown on each Job in RepShare. Your percentages are set out in your Subcontractor Agreement. Fixed-fee work, such as content creation, is paid as stated in the Brief.
10.2 Payment works in three steps:
- (a) Submit your charges. Record your hours and approved expenses for each Job in RepShare and submit them for approval.
- (b) Approval. Once approved, the amount becomes available in RepShare to cash out.
- (c) Cash out. When you cash out, we pay you within 7 days. Most payments are made much sooner.
10.3 You don’t need to create your own tax invoice. When you set up your RepShare profile, you agree that:
- (a) Drinks Network will issue a tax invoice on your behalf (a recipient-created tax invoice) each time you cash out;
- (b) each invoice will be based on the charges you submitted and that were approved; and
- (c) you accept payment of that invoice as full payment for those approved charges.
10.4 You must not issue your own tax invoice for the same charges. If your GST registration changes, update your profile straight away.
10.5 If you are registered for GST, GST is added to your payment. If you are not, no GST is added.
10.6 You need a current ABN. Without one, we must withhold tax from your payment.
10.7 You are paid for approved work even if the Vendor has not yet paid us.
10.8 Approved expenses are reimbursed at cost. Your own running costs (fuel, parking, phone, insurance) are not.
Part C — Buyers
11. Paying for orders
11.1 You pay the Vendor or its wholesaler for products, on their terms.
11.2 Drinks Network does not sell liquor and does not take payment for products.
Part D — Everyone
12. Changes
12.1 We will give at least 30 days’ notice of any change that affects you (14 days for Representative pay changes, which apply to new Jobs only).
12.2 You may stop using our services before a change takes effect.
13. Law
13.1 These terms are governed by the law of New South Wales.
